    Bank transfers are not officially a payment option available on the website; however we do offer them for payments exceeding one thousand dollars. If you would like to send us a special bank transfer for the purchase of a large amount of stock, please inquire on our live help chat to work out the details.
         Are there any handling fee/administrative fee for using a Paypal
             payment?
    There are no fees incurred while sending money through Paypal. However, the fees for receiving Paypal payments can vary depending on the type of account you possess. If you have a 'personal' account, the charge to receive money is 30 cents per transaction. If you have upgraded to a premier account, the fee is 2.9% plus 30 cents of the transaction, provided your account originates from the United States. Outside the United States, the fee for receiving money from a premier account is 3.9% plus 30 cents. If you receive over 1000 dollars over a 3 month period, you are eligible to attain paypal merchant status, which reduces the percentage fee by 0.7%, i.e. 2.2% for premier (U.S) and 3.2% for premier (international). Once you upgrade your account to premier status, you cannot downgrade the account back to personal.

    Paypal is an online payment system that facilitates the transfer of money from one bank account to another. After signing up for an account at www.paypal.com and proceeding through their easy verification process, you may send money to your Paypal account from your bank account and begin to use to make purchases online from websites such as amazon.com, eBay and of course KGSgold.          What is a transaction ID? Where do I find it?
    A transaction ID is term used to describe Paypal payments. Every time money is sent or received through Paypal, the transaction is assigned its own individual transaction ID. Transaction IDs are typically 16 digits long and contain both numbers and letters. If you have a Paypal account, you may log in and review the transaction ID under recent transactions. If you used a credit card, a confirmation email will be sent to the e-mail address you provided while making the purchase.

         Do you accept debit cards?
    If the Debit or Checking card has a holographic logo on it, they are generally accepted. If the card is not a Visa or MasterCard, it may not be accepted.
         How do I pay with my credit card without using Paypal?
    We do offer the option to pay using a credit card outside of Paypal. To place an order with a credit card is easy and simple. Proceed through the order process as normal, and once you are forwarded to Paypal you will be presented with an option to pay with your Paypal account or an independent credit card. The option to use a credit card is available through both services.
         Why won't my credit card work?

    Credit cards can be denied for several reasons. The most common reason is that the bank processing the card does not permit online transactions for security reasons. You may contact your bank to enable your card to be eligible for online transactions. Another reason is that a piece of information may not match when the payment solution checks the verification of the card. In this instance contacting the credit card solution to determine why the card was not allowed to pass is the quickest way to solve the problem. Credit cards from all countries may not be accepted and your country must be located in their permitted list in order to use the credit card merchant account service.

         How can I confirm my shipping address?

         What is a PayPal Confirmed Address?
    A buyer's Confirmed Address is checked against the credit card billing address maintained by his or her credit card company.
         What is a PayPal Unconfirmed Address?
    An Unconfirmed Address is any address which is not associated with a credit card or which has not been verified by PayPal. Most non-U.S. addresses cannot be confirmed at this time because many international credit card platforms do not support methods to do so.
         Why is my shipping address unconfirmed?
    PayPal uses an Automated Verification System to verify credit card billing addresses that are entered on the system. An address is confirmed if it is associated with a credit card or can be independently verified by PayPal. Gift Addresses and addresses associated with a Switch or Solo debit card cannot be confirmed. Currently, our system cannot verify most non-U.S. credit card billing addresses.
         What is a pending e-check, and why do I need to wait for it to clear?
    A pending e-check is a type of payment option available with Paypal. A pending e-check is just like writing a normal check, except electronically. Just like normal checks, pending e-checks take a few days to clear while Paypal verifies the funds are present within the senders account. Once the check has cleared, the money is transferred to KGSgold's account and then delivery can take place immediately thereafter.
         How do I avoid sending an e-check?
    An e-check results when a payment is sent from an unverified account without sufficient balance in the Paypal account to cover the cost of the order. Paypal must contact the bank and verify that the funds are present, thus the cause of the 3 to 4 day delay. To avoid sending an e-check, first complete the verification process for your account, and then make sure the funds are present in Paypal before you place an order. To confirm your payment type, just before placing the order you will see a blue hyperlink that reads: "choose more funding options". By clicking this link you may determine which option is currently selected for your payment, and what payment options your account supports.
        I've sent an e-check,but I did not mean to.How do I cancel it?
    If you have mistakenly sent a pending e-check, you may log onto our live chat to request a refund. If you wish to receive an instant delivery, you may place the order with a valid credit card.
