How do I check on the status of my order?
If you would like to check the status of your order, simply log on to our web site, click "track my order", you will be able to see all your orders. Or you can come to our live chat, one of our customer service representatives will be there to assist you, 24 hours, 7 days.
How long does delivery take?
As long as the server is under normal operations, we will deliver your order within 24 hours .
Where do you deliver to?
We will deliver your order to any character/server that you provide from your order information. We are not responsible for the delays caused by issues beyond our controls, such as network congestion, server downtime, or buyer email difficulties.
ATTENTION: World of Warcraft US Servers, Please make sure you choose US WOW Servers, not EURO servers.
Why does the price of currency change all the time?
Our prices are adjusted based on the availabilities, and the cost of the gold. We also change our prices to ensure our competitive position in the marketplace. Additionally, our prices vary to match the supply and demand of each game and server.
How to place an order –Offer Currency.
Placing your order with www.kgsgold.com is easy. Just follow these steps:
1. Select the item and Click on the "Add to Cart" Button to place the item into your shopping cart.
If you want to buy more than one item, click "back" to any of the game pages and repeat the first step. In your Shopping Cart you'll see the items you've added along with the total price. At this point you have several options:
- If you're Removing an Item, click the 'Delete' button to remove that item from your cart.
- Click "Proceed to Payment Details" at the bottom when you're ready to pay for your order.
2. If you have not register for an account yet, we strongly recommend you to do so. You can check your order only with a registered account. However, you can continue the process without an account. Just fill in the necessary information and click "Proceed to Payment Details".
3. Please fill out your current local time for instant delivery.
It is very IMPORTANT for you to provide us with a VALID EMAIL, your real telephone # and address, we verify every order by sending e-mail or call you, and check the address. We also need them in case we need to contact you about your order.
a. Once you are done with your shopping cart, Click Submit order and you'll be taken to the Confirmation Page for Paypal payment. Please continue to paypal payment to finish the order.
b. Please include your confirmed shipping address in your Paypal payment by selecting the default 'Ship to' option. Your delivery will NOT be processed without a confirmed shipping address. International customers without a confirmed shipping address will be handled on a case by case basis.
c. You will receive a payment confirmation from Paypal with your ITEM number for your records.
I have ordered the wrong server or character name. What should I do?
Please send us an email from your Paypal email address, or contact our live chat representatives as soon as possible with your Order number and the correct server or character name. If the gold has not been delivered, we will deliver it to the server or character according to the new instructions given.
Why does my shopping cart remain empty even after I have tried to add something?
We use 'cookies' to link your payment with the details of the purchase, and if there is something preventing the cookies from adhering properly the shopping cart can appear empty. If you are placing the order behind a firewall or from work or have special software installed to block cookies, you may experience this problem. Please contact us by live chat or e-mail us, our customer representatives are will be able to assist you through the order process.
Confirmation of delivery of your order
