After you have made an order, we will provide 24/7 online service (15 business
days in North America) and complete your order at the fastest speed. We hold no
responsibility for any delays caused by the following reasons:
-------The customer's account is in invalid use
-------your server is down frequently
-------when we are doing honor killing, there are too many people to get in our
battlefield or rival battlefield or for the reason that there needs to queue
for long time so that we can not get in the field timely to catch honor points.
------Other force majeures (hacker attack, server failure, server maintenance,
natural disaster, fire, plague, social riot and legislation policy and so on)
After your payment is cleared, we will begin to power level strictly according
to the time your fill in the order information. If you do not fill in the
starting time or chose the button “as soon as possible”, we will start to power
level for you within 2 hours.
When someone sends a tell to your character, we will respond in AFK, however,
if a GM sends a tell we will say hello to him or her. We can respond in the way
you like. Please let us know in advance if you like to respond the people who
whisper us.
In the period of power leveling, if you require termination, you are only
charged for the segment which has been finished. Surplus money will be send
back exactly to the amount after the commission charge is deducted.
We will provide real-time on line report so that you may check out the status
of your character 24/7. Please refrain from logging on your account during the
leveling period, which may slow down the leveling process. If you must log on
to your account, please get in touch with our customer representatives in
advance, they will arrange for you. We will hold no responsibility for any
consequences lead to the failure of completion of power leveling due to your
use of your account during the leveling period.
If your character to be leveled owns valued items or lots of gold, you have to
clear your possessions and fill them in the comment information. Our power
levelers will pay more attention to the safety of these items. (If you have any
other accounts, we strongly recommend that you should transfer your possessions
and gold). We commit that we will return all the items and gold we catch during
the power leveling to our valued customer.
Please make sure that your person information is full and accurate. We will
hold no responsibility for any inaccurate or inadequate information you provide
which may result in your loss or failure of completion in time.
Usually we complete your power leveling in advance. We will inform you timely
once the power leveling is completed.
If you are not satisfied with the result of power leveling, please let us know
within 3 days after the completion of power leveling. We will not be
responsible for orders beyond 3 days on our part.
